We begin with a no-compromise diamond grinding prep, then embed pure quartz sand into a premium wet epoxy base coat—repeating the process a second time for extreme density and impact resistance. We lock it all in with a heavy-duty polyaspartic top coat, creating a UV-stable, non-slip shield that shrugs off chemicals, heavy traffic, and intense wear without yellowing or peeling.

Most of our projects are completed within 1 to 2 days. Installation time depends on the size of the space, the condition of the concrete, and the system being installed. Most projects are straightforward, but others require more prep or repair before coating begins.
What prep is included?
Preparation is the most important part of a long-lasting epoxy floor, and we never cut corners. We mechanically diamond grind the entire surface to properly open the concreate pores for maximum adhesion and long-term performance.
We also complete crack filling and minor surface repairs before coating application. Proper prep is what seperates a professional-grade system from coatings that peel or fail early.
